Recurring Pest Control Service – Details

By agreeing to a recurring service plan (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly), the customer acknowledges that a minimum of three (3) completed quarterly services are required after the initial to receive $100 off the initial treatment.

Services are billed on a monthly basis, breaking down the recurring service price into easy pay monthly payments. Pricing depends on the square footage of the home and any additional services added to the plan.

Recurring services may be canceled after the third service without penalty. If canceled before the third service, an early cancellation fee of the amount of the initial discount will apply.

One-time services are excluded from this agreement and do not require a service commitment.

The customer agrees to pay all charges for services and warranties provided, including any applicable early cancellation fees. Services will continue automatically according to the selected schedule unless canceled in writing. Office will always follow up with a phone call to potentially correct any short comings on our end.

By signing the receipt, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

Lawn Weed & Feed Program – Service Details

Our Lawn Weed & Feed Program is a recurring service with seven (7) scheduled treatments per year, performed February through October. Recurring treatments are performed approximately every six (6) weeks and may be bundled with any other recurring service for an additional discount.

New customers may receive a discount off their first treatment when enrolling in the recurring program. This discount will be recovered if less than 7 services are received.

The first and last treatments of the season include a pre-emergent application to help prevent weeds before they start. A post emergent is also included but may not take effect very well in February because of the temperatures.

The five treatments in between include fertilizer and herbicide.

A Free maintenance portion of insecticide is included targeting topical insects at each service. There is no warranty for any free insecticide application included with the lawn weed service.

Pricing is based on the total area being treated and enrollment in a recurring service agreement is required to ensure consistent results throughout the growing season. One time lawn treatments are higher cost than treatments on a yearly plans.

Recurring Mosquito Treatment – Service Details

Recurring mosquito treatments are performed every three (3) weeks, give or take a day or two, and may be bundled with any other recurring service to receive a discount.

Treatments include mist-blowing of the structure and surrounding foliage within a 50-foot radius of the home to help reduce mosquito activity. Mosquitoes are a flying insect and therefore you may not see a complete elimination of said pest.

Pricing is based on the total area to be treated, and recurring services require enrollment in a service agreement. One-time mosquito treatments are also available for customers who do not wish to enroll in a recurring program, albeit these are higher in cost.

Rodent Bait Station – Details

Upon signing up for recurring pest control service (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly), two (2) loaner bait stations will be provided when adding rodent services to the recurring pest control service.

A bait station service fee will be included in the monthly billing invoice to cover servicing and maintenance of the stations at each visit. Additional stations can be purchased added and service fees of those will apply.

All loaner bait stations remain company property and will be removed at the time-of-service cancellation. If loaner stations are not available for pickup, a replacement fee will be charged to the customer. Customer may purchase the stations for $35 each if they wish to keep them.

Service Warranty – Coverage Details

Our service warranty applies to the structure of the home only and covers the following pests: American cockroaches, spiders, ants, silverfish, and earwigs.

Flying insects are not covered under this warranty.

Lawn areas are not included in the warranty unless covered by a separate, specified service, such as a lawn fire ant treatment.

Warranty coverage applies only to services performed according to the agreed treatment plan.

Termite Warranty – Details

A termite warranty may be added to an active recurring pest control service for an additional cost, provided no pre-existing termite activity is present at the time of enrollment.

With an active termite warranty, termite colony treatments will be provided as needed during the warranty period, according to the agreed treatment plan.

This warranty is valid only while recurring services and the termite warranty remains active and in good standing.

Under NO circumstances does this warranty cover the structure or any repairs to it in any way shape or form.

Lawn Fire Ant Treatment – Warranty Details

Our lawn fire ant treatment includes a one (1) year warranty for issues within the treated lawn area. Warranty begins at the time of application.

After application, the product may take up to six (6) weeks to fully activate, during which fire ant activity will gradually decrease.

Warranty coverage applies only to the treated lawn and is valid according to the service agreement.

Service Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of any service or services must be submitted in writing. Verbal or phone requests alone are not considered valid. Written cancellation ensures proper processing and helps avoid any unintended charges.

Monthly Billing

Monthly billing will be charged on the 1^st or 15^th depending on the start date. Any charges leading up to the service will not be refunded prior to the service completion. These charges cover the warranty period in between treatments, as well as the upcoming treatment.

Structure and property

Under no circumstances is any structure treated or not, covered under any warranty or otherwise for repairs or damage. None of our products stain floors, furniture, wood, concrete, stone, or brick permanently.

Pets

Under no circumstances is Safe Earth Pest Control responsible for the medical health of your pets. None of any of our products is harsh enough to make any pet sick.

If your dogs ever eat any rat poison don’t panic. All rat poisons are now reversible with a Vitamin K1 (also known as phytonadione).
